Michelle Orsi Gordon was born in New York City, and graduated from Parsons School of Design in 1997 with a BFA. in Fine Art She earned a Certificate in Digital Design in 2010, also from Parsons and an MFA in 2012 from Montclair State University, Montclair, NJ. She has work experience in non-profits at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Socrates Sculpture Park and the Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance. She has taught at Scribble Art Workshop in NYC and assisted teaching at Montclair State University. Michelle also has experience as  a Studio Manager and Artist Assistant.
